New Offering Makes NAS Easy to Manage and Highly Scalable.
Eden Prairie, Minn., May 20, 2002—XIOtech Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seagate Technology and a storage area network (SAN) pioneer, today announced its Network Attached Storage (NAS) offering. XIOtech's MAGNITUDE hardware platform can now be deployed as a storage foundation for both NAS and SAN environments, delivering unsurpassed flexibility and simplicity to end-uses.
The XIOtech MAGNITUDE hardware platform coupled with sophisticated virtualization software, provides the perfect foundation for XIOtech to build its NAS offerings.
